About the estate:

Christophe Fargier trained in the United States in the early 1990s and opened Ninkasi in Lyon's Gerland district in 1997. His concept is unique in France: combining a brewery with a bar-restaurant that also hosts concerts. When the brewery became too small, everyone moved to Tarare, to a former dye works with an Eiffel-style metal frame. In 2016, Lyon has seven Ninkasi bar-restaurants, which continue the rich brewing tradition of Lyon. All beers are top-fermented, without artificial colors or flavors, and are unpasteurized.
