Azienda Col Vetoraz

The Azienda Col Vetoraz is located on the hill of the same name, next to the "Mont" of Cartizze, in San Stefano di Valdobbiadene. It is one of the highest points in Cartizze, at an altitude of 400 meters, offering views of the hamlet of "Fol" to the east and "Sacol" to the west. The Miotto family settled in Col Vetoraz in 1838 to begin their winegrowing adventure.

The Azienda Col Vetoraz vineyard extends across the Valdobbiadene production area of the appellation. It produces high-quality sparkling wines, favoring the Charmat method over the traditional method, thus obtaining wines with more fruity aromas and a much more expressive and precise expression of the terroir.

Col Vetoraz wines are often recognized for their high quality, with certain vintages produced from rigorously selected plots to reflect the terroir even more intensely.
