Azienda Col Vetoraz

Azienda Col Vetoraz is located on the hill of the same name, next to the "Mont" of Cartizze, in San Stefano di Valdobbiadene. It is one of the highest points in Cartizze, at an elevation of 400 meters, offering a view of the hamlet of “Fol” to the east and “Sacol” to the west. The Miotto family settled in Col Vetoraz in 1838 to begin their winemaking journey.

Azienda Col Vetoraz operates vineyards within the Valdobbiadene production zone of the appellation. It produces high-quality sparkling wines, favoring the Charmat method over the traditional method, which results in wines with more fruity aromas and a much more expressive and precise expression of the terroir.

Col Vetoraz wines frequently win awards for their exceptional quality, with certain vintages crafted from meticulously selected plots to reflect the terroir even more vividly.
