FIOL
Founded in 2011 by three childhood friends, FIOL aims to embody Italian quality and lifestyle. Through the production of prosecco, the company seeks to convey its unique vision of this beverage, blending tradition with modernity.
The term “FIOL , ” dating back to the 15th century, means “boy” or “son” in the Venetian dialect. Frequently used among friends to describe someone who has that certain something, this word perfectly reflects the company’s spirit. It was even named the “coolest wine brand” by Forbes in 2014.
Located at the foot of the Treviso hills in Veneto, in northeastern Italy, the FIOL estate enjoys a perfect location in the heart of the Prosecco D.O.C. (Denominazione di Origine Controllata) appellation. The vineyards, facing east and southwest, are planted exclusively with Glera, the grape variety typical of Prosecco. FIOL’s production follows the Charmat method, where fermentation takes place in closed tanks, ensuring the finesse and freshness of the bubbles.

FIOL offers two varieties of its Prosecco: Fiol Prosecco D.O.C. and Fiol Prosecco D.O.C. Rosé.
