As a tribute to San Venanzio Fortunato, the patron saint of Prosecco, Gabriele Gregolo and Monica Ganz founded the Terre di San Venanzio Fortunato winery in 2007 in the heart of Valdobbiadene.
Terre di San Venanzio Fortunato produces limited quantities of Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG, as well as Prosecco Treviso DOC.
The philosophy of Terre di San Venanzio Fortunato is to combine respect for traditional practices, a commitment to using the least invasive inputs possible, and attention to detail to produce high-quality Prosecco.
