Discover this white wine characterized by intense aromas dominated by lemon zest and grapefruit, which infuse a full and consistent palate with marked sweetness, counterbalanced by invigorating acidity. The finish is equally invigorating and fresh, with a delicate touch of richness counterpointing the salty minerality. Reasonably priced. The only downside: a little too much body for my taste. During a cocktail dinner, this pleasant bottle was served well chilled with pissaladières and fried jols drizzled with lemon juice. Rating = 3.7.
