A delightful white wine characterized by intense aromas dominated by lemon zest and grapefruit, which give way to a full-bodied, substantial palate with pronounced sweetness, yet balanced by a refreshing acidity. The finish maintains this invigorating, fresh character, with a delicate touch of richness providing a counterpoint to the salty minerality. Great value. One minor drawback: a bit too much body for my taste. During a cocktail dinner, this pleasant bottle was served well-chilled with pissaladières and fried jols drizzled with lemon. Rating = 3.7.
