A discovery: this white wine is characterized by intense aromas dominated by lemon zest and grapefruit, which give it a full-bodied, substantial palate with pronounced sweetness, balanced by invigorating acidity. The finish maintains the same lively, fresh character, with a delicate touch of richness providing a counterpoint to the salty minerality. Affordable price. The only downside: a bit too much body for my taste. During a cocktail dinner, this pleasant bottle was served well-chilled with pissaladières and fried jols drizzled with lemon. Rating = 3.7.
