Caruso & Minini Estate
Stefano Caruso and Mario Minini share the same ambition: to revive Marsala’s century-old winemaking tradition, one of the most distinguished in Italy. Thanks to their unwavering determination, the wines of Domaine Caruso and Minini surprise with their originality, character, and elegance.

The Giummarella and Cuttaia vineyards, a priceless heritage, have belonged to the Caruso family for three generations: 120 hectares of hills halfway between Salemi and Marsala, 15 kilometers from the estate. The vineyards lie at the heart of an area long renowned for its ability to produce grapes suitable for making great wines.

Working these hills is always a surprising experience: the variety of soils, the differing exposures to wind and sun, and the varying altitudes require us to adapt our cultivation methods and explore the best combination of soil, climate, and grape variety. Since 2004, wine production has taken place—by choice and out of passion—in a historic “Baglio” located in the heart of Marsala’s traditional wine-making district

For Caruso and Minini, working within these walls—built in the late 19th century not only to produce but also to protect the wine—is not only a source of pride but also a great pleasure.
