Jean-Philippe Granier provides technical advice to all winemakers in the Languedoc appellations. The family-owned estate, located in the Sommières area, offers wines that are perfectly clean and impeccably crafted, ranging from IGP to Languedoc: it is by the quality of its entry-level wines that a good estate is recognized. Among the reds, “Clémence” is intense in flavor, “Jéricho” has a bold character and displays perfectly controlled tannins, and “Camp-de-l’Oste” is a model for the region. There is a clear commitment here to the taste and flavors that every wine from the region should express. This is a very reliable choice, especially since, in addition to the reds, the whites are just as consistent and the “Parenthèse” rosé is consistently exceptional.

Tannique, structurée, mais équilibrée et digeste. Cette cuvée séduit par l'expression de son fruit (assemblage 60% Syrah, 40% grenache) avec des notes de fraises macérées. La bouche est aromatique avec une belle longueur, très séduisante. Vous vous régalerez jusqu'à l'été prochain.
