Domaine du Vent has been run by Nathalie and Benjamin Boyer since 2022 and spans 15 hectares across the Fitou, Muscat de Rivesaltes, and IGP Aude appellations.
The vineyards of Domaine du Vent are scattered across several localities, pockets of unspoiled nature nestled between hillsides and plains. Thanks to the diversity of the soils, the various grape varieties, cultivated using organic farming methods, lend a distinct character to each cuvée.
Attentive to their terroir, Domaine du Vent follows the rhythm of each vintage, with the desire to compose the most melodious score for each of their wines.
