Languedoc Grès de Montpellier

Recognized in 2003, the Grès de Montpellier terroir stretches between the Hérault Valley, the Vidourle River, and the Mediterranean coast. Its name, “Grès,” refers to a dry, stony terroir that benefits from a warm climate tempered by maritime influences. These conditions promote optimal ripening of the grapes and give rise to full-bodied, fruity, and well-balanced red wines that combine suppleness, character, and excellent aging potential.
