Engarran Castle
Château de l'Engarran is a family estate located on a small hill in the commune of Lavérune. Sisters Diane and Constance Losfelt now run the estate, representing the third generation of women to preside over the destiny of this vast domain, dominated by a beautiful 18th-century building.

The Château de l'Engarran vineyard covers some 64 hectares of vines in the Coteaux du Languedoc appellation. Modernity and tradition coexist in the cellars of Château de l'Engarran. Stainless steel and wood, the 17th-century framework, the wooden ratchet press and the low-pressure pneumatic press illustrate the tradition of expressing the typical characteristics of Engarran wines to the fullest.

The founding principle of Château de l'Engarran is to always respect the personality of the wine; the wood must blend into the wine to reveal its potential.
