With its lively and smooth character, No. 1 offers a delicate, natural flavor dominated by crisp fruit, set against a fresh backdrop. It lacks tannins and complexity but offers a lovely roundness, plenty of lightness, and a medium-length finish with notes of cherry and strawberry. Designed to be enjoyed quickly with friends for simple pleasure alongside pizza or charcuterie, particularly cold or hot Breton andouille. Light on the palate and easy on the wallet. Rating = 3.7.
