With its lively and smooth profile, N°1 releases a delicate and natural flavor dominated by crisp fruit, with a fresh structure. Without tannins or complexity, but with a lovely roundness, great lightness, and medium length on cherry and strawberry. Designed to be drunk quickly with friends for simple pleasure with pizza or pork dishes, especially cold or hot andouille sausage from Brittany. Light in the glass and on the wallet. Rating = 3.7.
