With its lively, smooth profile, N°1 offers a delicate, natural character dominated by crisp fruit notes, set against a fresh backdrop. No tannins or complexity, but with a lovely roundness, plenty of lightness, and a medium finish of cherry and strawberry. Designed to be enjoyed quickly with friends for simple pleasure alongside pizza or charcuterie, particularly cold or hot Breton andouille. Light on the palate and on the wallet. Score = 3.7.
