Vignoble Grioche
The Vignoble de la Grioche vineyard is located in Restigné, a large commune in the heart of the Bourgueil appellation, a region renowned for its distinctive red wines made from the Cabernet Franc grape variety.
The Breton family is now in its fourth generation. Stéphane Breton and his wife Déborah have taken over from Jean-Marc Breton. Together, they introduced organic farming to the vineyard in 2012, and it has been certified organic since 2015, covering an area of 14 hectares. With a focus on the environment and expressing the terroir through its wines, the Vignoble de la Grioche vineyard is divided between clay-limestone slopes and gravelly, sandy terraces.
The Vignoble de la Grioche wine range focuses on reds with five Bourgueil vintages : Clin d'Oeil, Santenay, Manon, Prestige, and Fût de Chêne; and two sparkling wines, one rosé and one white.
