Vignoble Grioche
The Vignoble de la Grioche is located in Restignié, a large town in the heart of the Bourgueil appellation, a region renowned for its distinctive red wines made from the Cabernet Franc grape.
The Breton family is now in its fourth generation of ownership. Today, Stéphane Breton and his wife Déborah have taken over from Jean-Marc Breton. Together, they transitioned the vineyard to organic farming in 2012, achieving organic certification in 2015, covering an area of 14 hectares. Committed to the environment and to expressing the terroir through their wines, the Vignoble de la Grioche spans both clay-limestone slopes and gravelly, sandy terraces.
The Vignoble de la Grioche wine portfolio focuses on reds, featuring five Bourgueil cuvées : Clin d'Oeil, Santenay, Manon, Prestige, and Fût de Chêne; as well as two sparkling wines, one rosé and one white.
