About the estate:

An estate that has been in the Vallée family for several generations, run by Gérald since 1998, who converted the 27-hectare vineyard in the Saint-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil appellation to organic farming, which has been certified since the 2012 vintage.

An unconventional Cabernet with a farmyard aroma that dissipates with aeration. But in the end, the result is very good.
