It's a healthy activity, and one that can be extended with the tasting of this admirable half-Cabernet Franc, half-Cabernet Sauvignon rosé. The color is crystal-clear and brilliant, the nose elegant and intense, with hints of blueberry and red fruit. On the palate? About the domain :

Jean-Marie Gazeau, after a spell in South Africa, joined his father Michel on the family estate (53 ha) in 2005. Their wines are regularly selected in the Guide, in various Anjou appellations and in all three colors. A sure bet.
