"A real gourmet treat to share with spicy Mediterranean cuisine!"

"This superb Cabernet Franc will win unanimous acclaim. Its strawberry aromas build to a crescendo as the tasting progresses. Slightly pearly on the attack, long, ample and fresh, it asserts itself with delicacy and balance, supported by fine acidity. Best with exotic cuisine, spicy shrimp or sweet-and-sour chicken, for example". (Le guide Hachette 2025).

2*Coup de Coeur Hachette

"Since 2017, the Gazeau family have been offering tours of their vineyards in horse-drawn carriages. It's a healthy activity, and one that can be extended with the tasting of this admirable half-Cabernet Franc, half-Cabernet Sauvignon rosé. The color is crystal-clear and brilliant, the nose elegant and intense, with hints of blueberry and red fruit. On the palate? Devilishly fruity, round, suave without heaviness, thanks to a perfectly measured contribution of fine freshness". (Le Guide Hachette des Rosés 2017-2018).

(Notes vintage 2012)

This rosé is very typical of Loire Cabernet: red fruits (strawberries, raspberries...), blue flowers (iris, violet), then a touch of eucalyptus that adds a touch of freshness. A suave, mouth-watering wine, with a rich alcohol/moisture balance and refreshing acidity... A true table rosé!
