Antoine De La Farge
Antoine De La Farge was deeply inspired by his grandfather, Gérard Clément, an iconic winemaker and co-founder of the Menetou-Salon appellation. After beginning his career at a wine shop and then working as a buyer for a major wine merchant, he expanded his expertise internationally, particularly in Australia. In 2012, with 12 years of experience under his belt, he returned to the family estate to put that expertise to work alongside his grandfather, who is still very much involved.

Thanks to the diversity of the terroirs, Antoine de la Farge produces expressive and well-balanced wines. In Pouilly-sur-Loire, his vines are rooted in soil rich in flint and pebbles. In Quincy, he harvests from sandy and clay soils. Menetou-Salon reveals its full finesse on Kimmeridgian soil, while Sancerre is primarily grown on limestone pebbles.

Antoine De La Farge showcases Sauvignon Blanc—which develops finesse and citrus aromas through slow ripening—and Pinot Noir, a delicate and elegant variety grown on clay-limestone soils.
