"A Chenin sparkling wine of great finesse!"

“It has presence, yes, but also fruit and suppleness in this understated brut, enlivened by a fleeting stream of fine bubbles; fruity and floral on the nose, more delicate than lively on the palate, it’s perfect as an aperitif.” (Le Guide Hachette 2026).

About the wine:

This understated brut has presence, yes, but also fruit and suppleness, enlivened by a fleeting stream of fine bubbles; fruity and floral on the nose, more delicate than lively on the palate, it’s perfect as an aperitif.

About the estate:

In the heart of the Saint-Martin-le-Beau wine region, Thierry Mosny—a graduate of the Amboise wine school—took over the family estate (14 hectares farmed organically) in 2005, which had been founded by his great-great-grandfather in the 1920s. His son, Thomas, joined him in 2018 and represents the fifth generation at the estate.
