"A Chenin sparkling wine of great finesse!"

"Presence, yes, but also fruitiness and suppleness in this sober brut, enlivened by a fleeting string of fine bubbles, fruity and floral on the nose, more tender than lively on the palate, which will find its place as an aperitif." (Le Guide Hachette 2026).

About wine:

This sober brut has presence, fruitiness, and suppleness, enlivened by a fleeting string of fine bubbles. Fruity and floral on the nose, it is more tender than lively on the palate and is perfect as an aperitif.

About the estate:

In the heart of the Saint-Martin-le-Beau vineyards, Thierry Mosny, who trained at the Amboise wine school, took over the family business (14 hectares of organic vineyards) founded by his great-grandfather in the 1920s in 2005. His son Thomas joined him in 2018 and represents the fifth generation on the estate.
