"Although described as dry, rich, ripe apple flavors give it a semi-dry character. Rich and dense acidity, crispness, nuts, and spices make this a complex wine that will take time to develop. Drink from 2024." (Wine Enthusiast 2022)

About wine:

Aromas of quince and lemon marmalade; toasted notes, hawthorn, and Mexican orange blossom. Succulent, ripe fruit with a rustic touch, followed by a generous fruitiness. The acidity is long and intense, enveloped by a sweet almond flavor, like marzipan. [...] This is a wine with flavors of great depth.

Review and opinion by Mr. MATHIEU W. Published on 02/09/2024

Light golden yellow color. On the nose, ripe yellow fruit, floral, clean linen, a hint of smokiness/incense, but also pudding. Complex aromas. On the palate, a plump attack of yellow and tropical fruit, medium acidity, and again that vanilla pudding. Furthermore, lots of substance, good balance, complexity, and conviction. In the relatively long finish, a hint of bitterness and fine acidity provide tension and a coating sensation. Good for culinary use. Score: 17/20
