“Although described as dry, its rich, ripe apple flavors give it a semi-dry character. With rich, dense acidity, crispness, nutty notes, and spices, this wine is complex and will need time to develop. Best enjoyed starting in 2024.” (Wine Enthusiast 2022)

About the wine:
Aromas of quince and lemon marmalade; notes of toast, hawthorn, and Mexican orange blossom. Juicy, ripe fruit with a rustic touch, followed by a burst of generous fruit. The acidity is long and intense, enveloped by a sweet almond flavor, reminiscent of marzipan. [...] This is a wine with flavors of great depth.

Light golden-yellow color. On the nose: ripe yellow fruit, floral notes, clean linen, a hint of smokiness/incense, and a touch of custard. Complex aromas. On the palate, a plump attack of yellow and tropical fruit, medium acidity, and again that vanilla pudding. Furthermore, plenty of body, good balance, complexity, and conviction. In the relatively long finish, a touch of bitterness and fine acidity create tension and a coating sensation. Well-suited for food pairing. Score: 17/20
