“The expression of a unique terroir!”
“This wine, traditionally aged on its lees for two years in underground concrete tanks and then aged in oak for an additional two years, delivers a Goulaine of complete richness. The nose opens with delicate vegetal notes and hints of broom, complemented by a touch of toast. On the palate, it unfolds with a full-bodied, rich, and supple texture, accented by refreshing citrus notes. Highly harmonious, both refined and powerful, it pairs well with a fish terrine or a Beaufort or Comté-style cheese.” (Le Guide Hachette 2026).
