Hailing from Les Loges, the 2020 Pouilly-Fumé Caillottes opens beautifully pure and subtly intense, with a mineral, even flinty, nose that also reveals delicate, ripe, white, and refreshing fruit, along with a hint of redcurrant and leafy notes. Elegant, refined, and sap-like on the palate, this is a dense Pouilly with lasting minerality and structure, featuring a long, intense, and powerful finish [...] The fine tannins and richness of this elegant 2020 Pouilly indicate good aging potential.
