Domaine Tabordet
This 19-hectare family-owned estate is located in Verdigny, within the Pouilly-Fumé and Sancerre appellations. The Tabordet estate was taken over in 2008 by Gaël, son of Yvon, and Marius, son of Pascal, from whom they gained the necessary experience to take over the family business.
The terroir of Domaine Tabordet consists mainly of limestone, marl, and flint, allowing for the production of various expressions of Sauvignon Blanc, the region’s star white grape variety. In an effort to work in greater harmony with the environment, the two men are currently in the process of converting to organic farming.
