The Tatin Sisters
Les Demoiselles de Tatin is one of the estates owned by Chantal Wilk and Jean Tatin, both agricultural engineers. They established their estates twenty years ago during a period of restructuring and renewal for the Quincy and Reuilly AOCs. Maroussia, their youngest daughter, aged 25, joined them in 2010.

The Demoiselles de Tatin vineyard spans 3 hectares of vines planted primarily with Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc, and Pinot Gris.

The wines of Les Demoiselles de Tatin, classified under the Reuilly appellation, are vinified in Brinay at the château’s former farmhouse, the Cave du Tremblay, which combines tradition and modernity. Well-equipped with high-performance machinery—including a pneumatic press, temperature-controlled fermentation tanks, and climate-controlled storage—it has been producing quality wines since 1994.
