Les Demoiselles Tatin
Les Demoiselles de Tatin is one of the estates owned by Chantal Wilk and Jean Tatin, both agricultural engineers. They created their estates twenty years ago at a time of restructuring and renewal of the Quincy and Reuilly AOCs. Maroussia, their youngest daughter aged 25, joined them in 2010.
The Demoiselles de Tatin vineyard extends over 3 hectares of vines planted mainly with Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Gris.
The Demoiselles de Tatin wines, classified in the Reuilly appellation, are vinified in Brinay in the château's former farmhouse, at the Cave du Tremblay, which combines tradition and modernity. Well-equipped with pneumatic presses, temperature-controlled vats and air-conditioned storage, the Cave du Tremblay has been producing quality wines since 1994.
