"Crystalline, vibrant, and mineral: a top-notch biodynamic Reuilly!"

"Skin maceration (in the press), low-temperature fermentation with indigenous yeasts, restrained aging in stainless steel vats and on lees—the formula has hit the mark. The result is a Sauvignon with an insolent richness, well-ripened, infused with exotic fruits underscored by sweet spices. The palate is of the same caliber: very open, rich, with an amazing fullness of flesh, hyper-fragrant, long on the finish and crossed by a discreet acidity that ensures balance. Sun, substance, aromas—the jury is standing. Lobster is a must." (Le Guide Hachette 2026).

About wine:

Skin maceration (in the press), low-temperature fermentation with indigenous yeasts, and sober aging in stainless steel vats and on lees—the formula has hit the mark. Lobster is a must.

Review and opinion by Mr. NICOLAS R. Published on 12/07/2025

I was disappointed with this tasting. It's a pleasant wine, but nothing more. I find the Hachette guide's rating of 3 stars very exaggerated... I will taste a second bottle in 2026 to confirm or refute this opinion.
