Domaine de la Paleine

The Domaine de la Paleine, located in Puy-Notre-Dame, dates back to the 18th century and preserves its historic vineyards within a walled enclosure. Its tuffeau limestone cellars stretch for 1.5 km, surrounded by beehives, a vegetable garden, and grain fields. Over the past thirty years, the estate has undergone a transformation under the guidance of its owners and cellar master Patrick Nivelleau, driven by a strong commitment to sustainable, high-quality viticulture. In 2023, Jean-Louis Bernet took up the torch, passionately continuing this winemaking journey rooted in respect for the terroir.
