Domaine de L'Enchantoir
Nestled in the heart of the Saumur region, the L'Enchantoir estate has been tended by several generations of winemakers since the 19th century, who have cultivated its clay-limestone soils. On 17 hectares of Tuffeau soil—typical of the region—Fabienne, Jean-Michel Brunet, and their daughter Amandine tend their vineyard with passion and dedication.
Certified organic since 2016, Chenin, Chardonnay, and Cabernet Franc are cultivated in accordance with the traditions of the Domaine de L'Enchantoir, to preserve the richness of the terroir and continually improve the quality of the vintages.
The wines of Domaine de L'Enchantoir are vinified using a blend of traditional expertise and modern technology. Aged in the troglodyte cellars winding beneath the village, the vintages benefit from optimal storage and preservation.
