About wine:

The Branco 2019 is a blend of 40% Arinto, 20% Alvarinho, 15% Azal and Avesso, and 10% Lourieiro. It is dry (2.2 grams of residual sugar and 6.3 total acidity, with a pH lower than last year's 3.12) and unoaked. There is just a little added gas and 12.9% alcohol. However, you won't really notice the sparkling side. What you will notice is a lively wine with fruit that is enhanced by the beautiful acidity. It is sappy, young, and energetic. It is a perfect summer white to sip on the terrace on a hot day. It is very well made and offers great value. In its youth, it excels. That's what you look for in a summer white. Drink it very young, regardless of the theoretical aging potential.
