Quinta Das Carvalhas

Quinta Das Carvalhas lies in the heart of the famous Douro Valley in Pinhão. It is one of the spectacular properties in this region of Portugal. Documents found date the foundation of the property to 1759. The vines at Quinta Das Carvalhas were planted after the phylloxera epidemic and are now over a hundred years old. The Das Carvalhas vineyard covers nearly 350 hectares and includes around thirty varieties of grape.
