Aluzé Blanc is a blend of grape varieties native to the region: Rabigato, Gouveio, and Cerceal. Its refined and delicate nose opens with aromas of pear and orange blossom. The full-bodied and fresh palate reveals the minerality of the schist. A beautiful Gem e of Portugal!

The grapes were harvested and kept in a cold room for 12 hours, partially crushed, and then pressed in a vertical press. Natural fermentation with indigenous yeasts.

Livestock Farming

Aged on fine lees in 600-liter barrels (35%) and stainless steel tanks (65%). Bottled on May 9, 2018.

Delicate, with aromas of pear and floral notes (orange blossom)

Fresh and mineral, with nice body and aromas of white fruit. A dry, lingering finish.
