Château Barthès is managed by Monique Barthès and her son Philippe, who is in charge of vinification.

Planted on the clay-limestone terraces of the Val d'Arenc, the Château Barthès vineyard is mainly planted with Mourvèdre, the king of Bandol grapes, Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault for the reds and rosés; Clairette, Ugni Blanc, Rolle and Sauvignon for the whites.
