Pibarnon Castle
Château de Pibarnon, owned by Eric de Saint-Victor, extends its exceptional 50-hectare vineyard over the highest hillsides of the Bandol terroir in Provence. The Château de Pibarnon vineyard is located a stone's throw from the Mediterranean Sea, at an altitude of 300 meters. The vines, with an average age of 30 years, dominate the valley, clinging to terraces on slopes that form a vast and magnificent cirque sheltered from the mistral wind. The high altitude of the vineyard means cool nights and slow ripening of the grapes, resulting in a production that is divided into three colors: red, rosé, and white.

The de Saint-Victor family has been at the helm of this remarkable Château de Pibarnon estate since 1978. Today, Eric de Saint-Victor has taken over from his father, Count Henri de Saint-Victor, who passed away in 2013. What a journey it has been since then, with perseverance and conviction. A journey that has elevated Château de Pibarnon to the highest rank, starting with the first vintage in 1978, which won a gold medal at the Concours Général Agricole de Paris for all three colors: red, white, and rosé! The gold medal remained with Pibarnon red for six consecutive years, an absolute record in the history of the competition!
