Domaine du Bagnol
Located in the prestigious terroir of Cassis, Domaine du Bagnol is one of the oldest estates in the area. Municipal archives trace the history of winemaking back to 1430, but the Bagnol estate first appears in official records in 1867, under the management of the Marquis de Fesques.
Operated by the Genovesi family since 1997, the vineyards of Domaine du Bagnol are managed with a true winemaker’s approach, cultivated organically since 2010, and the wines have been certified organic since 2014. The vineyard is situated on one of the most beautiful sites in the Cassis AOC, at the foot of Cap Canaille.
Today, this family legacy continues, with the new generation at the helm. Sébastien Genovesi oversees the vineyards and the cellar, taking a hands-on approach to winemaking, while Lisa Genovesi manages sales and wine tourism. Now in charge of the 23-hectare estate, the team’s goal is to preserve the authentic and unique character of Bagnol.
