"The Mediterranean in a Bottle!"

This 100% Rolle wine shines with its freshness and minerality. The Mediterranean Sea, which lies just beyond the vineyards, lends it a briny finish. With notes of exotic fruits and a hint of vanilla, it pairs perfectly with roasted scallops and Mediterranean fish cooked in olive oil.

Rated estate (2023 guide) 1*Star (A high-quality, recommendable wine that lives up to what one would expect from its appellation(s))

About the estate:

Owned by the Bolloré Group, this 108-hectare classified growth has returned to the forefront thanks to judicious investments. La Bastide Blanche, owned by the same proprietor but much smaller, produces wines from 13 hectares of vineyards. The wines display excellent consistency across all color categories, demonstrating the steadfast quality of the winemaking process. However, they still lack complexity and personality relative to their cru status.
