"A refreshing rosé, perfect as an aperitif"
A light-bodied bottle, but a full-flavored wine! A very expressive nose with fruity notes (pomelo, exotic fruits, apricot, melon, red berries...). On the palate, it’s incredibly refined, with a fresh, lively attack featuring notes of yellow fruit and citrus; a rich, indulgent flavor supported by generous body and red fruit aromas. The long, fruity finish—tangy with a hint of saltiness—pairs beautifully with a carpaccio of heirloom tomatoes and burrata or white fish!

About the estate:
The estate stretches along the coast, covering approximately 170 hectares of land and forest, including 68 hectares of vineyards. The valleys and the hidden artificial lake make this a rich and sustainable terroir where Grenache, Syrah, Tibouren, and Rolle thrive. The decisions made in the vineyard are rigorous, on a terroir of schist and calcite. Biodiversity, appropriate grass cover, and strict yield limits yield top-tier wines—long and elegant, defined by noble acidity and punctuated by fine tannins. Mathieu Meyer, the estate’s director, is one of the most engaging figures we’ve met this year. His innovative vision will propel Galoupet to the ranks of the world’s greatest rosés.
