“A refreshing rosé, perfect as an aperitif”

A light-bodied bottle, yet a full-flavored wine! A very expressive nose with fruity notes (grapefruit, tropical fruits, apricot, melon, red berries...). On the palate, it displays great finesse, with a fresh attack featuring notes of yellow fruit and citrus, a rich, indulgent body supported by generous volume and red fruit aromas. The long, fruity finish, with a touch of acidity and a hint of saltiness, pairs perfectly with a carpaccio of heirloom tomatoes and burrata or white fish!

About the estate:

The estate stretches along the coast, covering approximately 170 hectares of land and forest, 68 of which are vineyards. The valleys and the hidden artificial lake create a rich and sustainable terroir where Grenache, Syrah, Tibouren, and Rolle thrive. The winemaking decisions are rigorous, on a terroir of schist and calcite. Biodiversity, appropriate grass cover, and strict yield limits yield first-rate juices, elongated and refined by noble acids and punctuated by fine tannins. Mathieu Meyer, the estate’s director, is one of the most engaging figures we’ve met this year. His innovative vision will propel Galoupet to the pinnacle of the world’s greatest rosés.
