Notes of lemon zest and a hint of crushed strawberry combine with a well-balanced acidity to deliver a rosé that is fruity, refreshing, and tender on the palate. The texture is rich and silky, while the finish is lively and light. In addition, it has an appealing presentation. The overall effect is sufficiently appealing and elegant that you might hesitate between bouillabaisse and Provençal-style calamari as an accompaniment. Rating = 4.
