Notes of lemon zest and a hint of crushed strawberry combine with a delicate, well-balanced acidity to create a rosé that is fruity, refreshing, and smooth on the palate. The texture is rich and silky, while the finish is lively and light. Plus, it comes in an attractive bottle. The wine is sufficiently appealing and elegant to make you hesitate between bouillabaisse and Provençal-style calamari as a pairing. Rating = 4.
