“On the nose, this very pale rosé displays clear and intense aromas of red fruit and spices. It also has a beautiful structure on the palate: generous, full-bodied, dense, and rich, with a lingering finish of dried fruit and citrus. Its strong character has earned it a spot among our favorites. ” (Le Guide Hachette des Rosés 2016-2017)

About the wine:

On the nose, this very pale rosé offers a clear and intense bouquet of red berries and spices. It also has a beautiful structure on the palate: generous, full-bodied, dense, and rich, with a lingering finish of dried fruit and citrus. Its strong character has earned it a spot among our favorites.

About the estate:

Acquired in 2003 and revitalized by Jean-Paul and Nancy Bignon—who also own Château Talbot, a Saint-Julien cru classé in the Médoc—this 26-hectare vineyard benefits from a prime clay-limestone terroir at an elevation of 380 meters, at the foot of the Bessillon. Two labels are produced here: Dom. Saint Andrieu, a Côtes-de-Provence wine, and Oratoire Saint-Andrieu, a Coteaux-Varois wine, not to mention olive oil production.
