Opening this bottle is a bit like taking a trip to the South: a balance of sunshine and freshness, richness and lightness. A fruity rosé, full of finesse and minerality, with a crisp texture. On the nose, citrus notes gradually give way to red berries and tangy hints of English candy. A summer must-have!

About the estate:
On this former property of the Brotherhood of the Holy Spirit (12th century)—a pilgrimage site at the crossroads between Draguignan and Lorgues—lie the 15 hectares of vineyards acquired in 1955 by Richard Crocé-Spinelli’s father. Crocé-Spinelli, an oenologist, took over the estate in 1985 and works alongside his wife Hélène and their children Mathilde and Florent. The estate is in the process of converting to organic farming.
