"A delicate, silky feminine look!"

“This Châteauneuf-du-Pape exudes aromas of wild strawberries and blood orange. Its fruit is full-bodied and well-structured. ” (The RVF Guide 2026). Finesse, the hallmark of this estate, results in a full-bodied, fresh, and silky wine, supported by supple, perfectly integrated tannins. Crisp aromas of candied fruit (crushed strawberry, blackberry, blackcurrant), licorice, and thyme, with a long, peppery, and velvety finish that is never heavy.

About the estate:

The small estate of the young Eugénie Avias, located at the southern tip of the Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation, produces very refined wines from whole-cluster harvested grapes, in a perfectly executed style. The terroirs range from sandy to rounded pebbles. The wines are full-bodied and have delicate textures.

Typical of the appellation, but with a more restrained expression of power—much like Margaux compared to its Left Bank counterparts. The wine is pure, exceptionally smooth, and elegant. A truly wonderful discovery.
