The vineyards of Domaine du Bienheureux, bathed in sunshine and rooted in the appellation's iconic rounded pebbles, benefit from an ideal Mediterranean climate and rigorous soil-friendly farming practices. With a desire to showcase this terroir, the wines are vinified in stainless steel vats, using whole bunches.
