Domaine du Grand Tinel - Châteauneuf-du-Pape blanc 2014
90/100
Robert Parker
We love the 2014 white Châteauneuf-du-Pape from Domaine du Grand Tinel. This blend of Grenache Blanc, Clairette, Roussanne, and Bourboulenc offers a medium-bodied, crisp, and lively profile that pairs well with notes of lemon peel, lemon blossom, and subtle minerality. It is an elegant, high-quality wine to be enjoyed over the next 2-3 years." (Wine Advocate 2015 - Robert Parker)

About the estate:
The estate was founded by the union of two old Castelpapal families, the Establets and the Jeunes. A vast "tina" (cellar or barrel) was built on three levels, in keeping with the 72 hectares of vineyards on the current property, which was created in 1972.
