"Definitely a great wine!

"Considered Xavier's flagship cuvée, the Châteauneuf Du Pape Cuvée Anonyme 2020 is based on 60% Grenache, 15% Mourvèdre, 10% Syrah, with a host of other grape varieties making up the remainder. Deep ruby and plum-colored in 2020, it offers a wonderful array of red and black fruits supported by ample notes of cedric garrigue, pepper and spices. The barrel sample is medium to full-bodied, round and textured, with remarkable purity, first-rate tannins and an excellent finish. It's among the crème de la crème of the vintage." About the wine:

Lots of black cherries and plums with toasted spices, crushed nuts, roasted herbs, roasted meat and damp earth. Full-bodied, with crisp tannins and a firm, chalky texture. Structured and full-bodied, with notes of ground black pepper and blue flowers on the palate of bright blue fruits. Taut, invigorating finish. Enjoy or keep.
