The estate goes beyond organic farming methods, as Corinne Depeyre is strongly committed to small-scale farming, ecology, and biodiversity. An agroforestry project is currently underway with the planting of more than 300 species of different trees, shrubs, and bushes, which will eventually be extended across the entire estate.
