“Already a ‘ Favorite ’ for this same cuvée in its 2019 rosé version, this 2021 vintage had the tasters in complete agreement. A lovely carmine color, with a rather modest first impression, conceals an open and rich bouquet of ripe black cherry and heady floral notes (broom). This intensity carries through to the palate, which is concentrated, luscious, and finely structured by velvety tannins that prolong a savory fruitiness with hints of stewed strawberries. About the estate:

Eager to strike out on her own, this winemaker established her own estate in 2012 (19 ha) on her father’s land, which had been converted to organic farming. She produces Côtes-du-Rhône and IGP Méditerranée wines.
