In 2008, two friends—Frédéric Engerer, manager of Château Latour in Pauillac, and Jérôme Malet—purchased a vineyard in the southern part of the Drôme Provençale region: the Domaine de Fontbonau. This 14-hectare vineyard is cultivated using organic methods (certified since 2013).
