Robert Parker

(2014 Vintage Notes)

The quintessential Rhône blend, the white Duché d'Uzès reveals intense aromas of apricots, nuanced by subtle hints of exotic fruits. Sunny and well-balanced, the palate showcases ripe fruit notes in a round, full-bodied style. With a slightly briny finish, we love its freshness!

A good wine, but lacking in character and with a noticeable alcohol content; Roussanne and Marsanne do not produce the same wines in these regions as they do in the northern CDRs.
