Mas des Volques
The Mas Des Volques estate is located at the foot of the Cévennes, in the village of Aigremont. Since 2010, Mas Des Volques has broken away from the cooperative system to produce its own wines. Today, the fourth generation, led by Nicolas Souchon, is at the helm of the estate. After gaining experience at other wineries in France and abroad, he returned to the family estate in 2010.
Mas des Volques spans 18 hectares cultivated using sustainable viticulture, incorporating practices from organic and biodynamic farming. The vines grow on a limestone and marl terroir. Mas des Volques produces wines under the AOP Duché d’Uzès and IGP Cévennes appellations.
