Mas des Volques
The Mas Des Volques estate is located at the foot of the Cévennes mountains, in the village of Aigremont. In 2010, Mas des Volques left the cooperative system to create its own wines. Today, the fourth generation, led by Nicolas Souchon, is at the helm of the estate. After gaining experience at other wine estates in France and abroad, he returned to the family estate in 2010.
Mas des Volques covers 18 hectares, which are cultivated using sustainable viticulture methods, borrowing from organic and biodynamic practices. The vines grow on limestone and marl soil. Mas des Volques produces AOP Duché d'Uzès and IGP Cévennes wines.
